Extra report and alert features through Digital Identity

InvoiceNTG has transitioned to the Australian Government Digital Identity System to verify users.

You can use your Digital Identity to access extra InvoiceNTG features, including:
  • Email remittance advice
  • Payment reports
  • Remittance advice reports
  • SMS and email payment alerts
  • Edit business registration details (Contact, bank details and remittance advice preferences)

Important information:

The Northern Territory Government is changing to a new ordering and invoice approval system called NTG Pay from 5 September 2023. This is primarily an internal change within the NTG, however, suppliers may experience some changes as follows:

  • As the new system is cloud based some orders may be sent to suppliers from ntgov.ntgpay@p2p.basware.com instead of an @nt.gov.au email address

  • Disputes may also be notified from a similar email address.

  • There is also a change in the NTG order template/layout generated from NTG Pay.

The lodgement of invoices, payments and the sending of remittance advice notifications will not be changing as part of the cutover to NTG Pay.

NT Fleet, capital works, infrastructure and maintenance orders and invoices are handled through separate systems within NT Fleet and the Department of Infrastructure, Planning and Logistics respectively. Such invoices will not be affected by this change.
